Vamika, defined by detail

Material intelligence,
made tangible.

We work from fibre, yarn and construction through to finishing and pack-out. It is how a towel feels generous without being impractical, and how a sheet earns a place in a room night after night.

Technical language

A better brief begins
with better questions.

We translate commercial needs into a clear product specification. Here are the choices your team can make with us.

01

Fibre & blend

100% cotton or cotton-bamboo programmes, with clear fibre disclosure and composition direction.

  • 100% cotton
  • 70/30 cotton / bamboo*
  • 60/40 cotton / bamboo*
  • 50/50 cotton / bamboo*
02

Yarn & pile

Choose the route that balances hand feel, absorbency, appearance and cost for your target.

  • Carded cotton
  • Combed cotton
  • Open-end yarn
  • Ring-spun / low-twist / zero-twist feel*
03

Fabric & finish

From towel weight to sheet weave, the final surface should answer the intended use.

  • 350–700 GSM towels*
  • 200–600 TC sheets*
  • Percale / sateen / plain weave
  • Dyed, yarn-dyed, jacquard & custom finish*

Fibre to finish

A traceable point of view
on making.

Two different fibre routes; one consistent focus on specification, craftsmanship and final inspection.

Yarn language

Every Vamika piece moves through six controlled stages. The yarn you choose defines the feel—here’s the language your buyer will use.

Carded
Standard cleaning—value & utility lines
Combed
Extra combing removes short fibres—smoother, stronger
Ring-spun
Twisted for softness & durability—our premium default
Open-end
Faster, robust yarn—bulk & utility ranges
Zero / low-twist
Loops kept open—maximum plushness & absorbency

The exact production route changes by fibre form, yarn, construction and customer standard. “Bamboo” must be described accurately in the final fibre label—for example, regenerated cellulose fibre such as viscose/rayon from bamboo where applicable.

For buyer teams

Built around the
complete brief.

Our enquiry route is built for sourcing and product teams. Start a conversation with your programme parameters; we’ll return to the practical detail.

01

Sampling direction

Discuss construction, hand feel, colour and size before a commercial brief is locked.

02

Private label programmes

Product, packaging and presentation can be shaped to your own channel and customer.

03

Export documentation

Share your destination and compliance needs early so the programme can be scoped responsibly.

04

Clear specification

Every commercial discussion begins with composition, construction, dimensions and finishing.
